With experience in a range of management disciplines from Business, Information, Technology and Finance, Orissa brings a holistic approach to marketing. She has worked within and led a range of businesses from SMEs to enterprise organisations, having spent a few years at IBM. This gives her the fantastic ability to connect with stakeholders on multiple levels.
Her strength lies in her ability to assist our clients with complex goals and problems and translate them into measurable strategies, campaigns and results. She understands the challenges that the marketing department faces in always being expected to justify their existence, unlike other departments, and the complexity involved in leading this area of an organisation.
She gets a kick out of seeing everyone at EDGE delighting clients and delivering impactful results.
What does Orissa's day look like
Orissa spends her days ensuring EDGE delivers exceptional experiences to clients from enquiry through to reporting at every opportunity.
She manages our Key Accounts across a range of sectors with a focus on education & employment. Whether it’s leading strategy workshops, collaborating on campaign briefs, or translating data into meaningful insights – most of her day is speaking with clients.
Having a background in IT & CRM systems, a passion for automation and a love of customer happiness she also oversees our internal CRM strategies.
