The Opportunity

Edge is looking for 2 experienced Digital Marketing professionals to join our Account Management team in our new office on the Gold Coast.

The role will involve managing a selection of Edge’s digital marketing clients. You will be the main point of contact for our clients to liaise with whilst carrying out and coordinating the internal project work to be done.

This is a client facing role. The Account Managers will be required to be in regular contact via phone and email with our national clients, and face to face meetings within the Gold Coast and Brisbane as required. The role may include trips to see interstate clients.

Digital Marketing experience, ideally in a Customer Service/Account Management role is essential. A strong skill set in sales is also a bonus.

 

The Role

Key responsibilities of the role include:

  • Build and maintain strong client relationships with regular fortnightly face to face, phone and email communication
  • Manage onboarding with new clients alongside the sales team and ensure a seamless transition within the team
  • Plan and manage new projects with the team from end to end including:
    • Managing client expectations
    • Setting campaign objectives
    • Obtaining client briefs and prepare these for internal production for digital marketing projects & retainers, website development projects and graphic design projects
  • Gather assets from the client for projects & retainers and coordinate & distribute to the relevant team members
  • Actively manage ongoing client contact, handle questions and requests accurately and in a timely manner
  • Ensure everything possible is done to meet and exceed client expectations       
  • Drive, lead and monitor campaigns to optimize conversions and other key performance metrics with our technical team
  • Analyse results and interpret campaign data into a series of ongoing client recommendations.
  • Upsell and cross-sell data driven marketing services based on the client’s needs and opportunities you have identified (strong incentives and commissions available)
  • Regular reporting review and feedback

 

 

The Candidates

Candidates must have the following attributes:

  • Understand the basics of SEO, Google Ads, Google Analytics, Facebook, the need for a quality website
  • At least 2 years of experience in digital marketing. Experience working in an agency is essential
  • Strong work ethic and a desire to learn
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment, with client stakeholders and external suppliers
  • Strong organisational skills
  • Demonstrate project management skills and ability to multi-task when required
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle large order volumes
  • Professional, outgoing and intelligent mixed with a fun loving and drama free attitude!

 

Benefits and perks

Base salary plus commission   

Opportunity to earn (OTE) - up to $150k 

Aside from earning an awesome salary - We finish work at 3pm on Fridays. Say no more!
