Cristina
Background
Cristina began her design journey in 2018, kicking off her studies in Business and Design at Griffith University. In 2021 Cristina joined EDGE as a part-time designer and, later that year, upon completing her degree she joined us full-time.
Cristina’s years of experience at EDGE have given her a vast range of multi-disciplinary creative skills, which were recognised in 2024 where she moved to a role as our lead designer.
What does Cristina's day look like
Cristina finds herself immersed in all things creative all day, every day. She works across a wide variety of projects for a vast range of clients, including logo and brand design, web design, social media content creation and management and paid media ad designs. You can also find her partaking in some photography and video editing as part of her responsibility of managing EDGE’s brand and content output.
Outside of her creative ability she also manages our website development projects, supporting and guiding clients from the onboarding and design to the build and launch of their website. As she continues to work across EDGE’s creative offerings and take on responsibilities in the client-facing space, she strives every day to constantly innovate and improve our client’s creative digital outcomes in collaboration with their digital strategy.
What Cristina gets up to outside of work
Cristina absolutely loves the outdoors, and you can often find her gardening or taking care of her dozens of house plants. In fact, she’s even the leader of EDGE’s Unofficial Plant Club! On weekends she likes to go on hikes in the Gold Coast hinterland and visit the beach with her beloved German Shepherd, Indi, to swim and surf. When Cristina is feeling a little more adventurous, she’ll explore new camping spots or embark on mini-road trips with her family and her furry friend.
