Jake has spent nearly 12 years in client-facing marketing roles across numerous industries, including Media, Publishing, Digital and In-House. He spent 4 years at one of Australia’s top Media companies working with global brands across E-Commerce, Fashion, Enterprise and Sports Entertainment.
What does Jake's day look like
Jake manages a portfolio of Australian businesses across childcare, legal, dental, hospitality, IT and software, cosmetics, education and trades. His role is to understand each of those businesses properly, not just their marketing but how they actually make money, what keeps the owner up at night and what success means to them. He works very closely with our SEO, paid media and content teams to build strategies that fit a clients needs and expectations and ensure the whole process is clearly communicated.
What Jake gets up to outside of work
Out of the office Jake is an avid baseball fan. He volunteers as a youth coach for Brisbane teenagers both to those just learning the game and ones hoping to one day take their skills to his home country of America and play at a higher level. He also still enjoys playing competitively, which he does at a semi professional level, which he plans to do until the “wheels fall off”.
